样文一	王勇最后指出：十七届六中全会对发展文化产业做出三项重要决定，一是2020年文化产业要成为国民经济的支柱产业，二是发展文化产业要以国有经济为主导，三是要努力培养一批国有独资或控股的大企业大集团。从这些方面而言，华侨城都符合条件，应当大有作为，并应当发挥支撑作用。国资委也将同华侨城集团一道落实中央决定，推动国有企业在文化产业中的大发展。	To wrap up his talk, Wang pointed out that the Sixth Plenary Session has made very important decisions about China’s culture industry. In the first place, the culture industry is to become the pillar industry in the national economy by 2020. Second of all, the major mode of development in the culture industry is state-owned economy. Thirdly the state will help create state-funded or state-administered large enterprises and large holding companies. The Overseas Chinese Town Holding Company has in many ways fit in such a profile and has a great potential in playing its role in this endeavor. SASAC is in this together with OCT to implement the decisions of the central government and propel the rapid development of centrally administered SOEs in the culture industry.
