The thermocouple collects temperature and sends signals to the temperature controller. Output of the temperature controller is determined through comparison. The temperature controller controls the make-and-break of power adjustment, thus controls the operating state of the heating tube and keeps the whole system in an environment with a set constant temperature. The system has an upper limit which can’t control temperature automatically. If such limit is exceeded, the system will power off and stop all operations.	The temperature controller ensures the self-heating system maintains a constant temperature. The thermocouple senses the temperature and sends signals to the temperature controller. Output from the temperature controller is determined through comparison of the signal from the thermocouple readings and the controller’s setting. The temperature controller regulates the on/off power to the heating tube, keeping the entire system to the set constant temperature. The system also features an upper temperature limit where the temperature cannot be controlled automatically. If this limit is exceeded, the system will power off and stop all operations.
