样文二	This document is a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between you as the user (referred to as “you”, “your”, “User”, “Bidder”, “Seller” or “Buyer” hereinafter) of the XXX.com website and services ( “Services”) including auctions (“Auctions”) and inspection services  for equipment and other items (collectively “Equipment”) listed on XXX.com (“Site”), and the XXX entity below (“We”, “us”, “our”, or “XXX” hereinafter).
